HINT-- If
you are not sure which version of Macintosh you have, check
the apple icon at the very upper left corner of your screen.
If it's multi-color, you
have Macintosh OS 8 or 9. If it's solid color, you have Macintosh
OS X.
We still build a version of Goldenseal accounting
software for Macintosh OS 8 and 9.
However, those system versions
are more than ten years old, and there are so few
people using them that we no longer link to the OS 9 version
of Goldenseal on the website. That helps avoid
confusion with newer Mac folks, who often have never even
heard of anything before OS X!
