More Problem Accounts

Starting with version 3.9 in the Goldenseal small business management software, there are three new types of accounts you can use in the Problem Log and To Do List windows.

Besides the current options, you can also add problems for Equipment, Overhead and Real Estate accounts.

How to Use

To enter and track a problem, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Problem Log from the Income menu.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Fill in the account where the problem is occurring, and other details for the problem.
  4. As work is done on the problem, you can change the Status popup on the left side of the window, and fill in the names of those who fixed and inspected the problem.
