Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.6, the Cleanup Record command does a better job of catching posting errors for Employee accounts.

How to Use

To have Goldenseal check the validity of past postings for an account, follow these steps:

1. Open the record in question.
2. Choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Record from the submenu.
3. Goldenseal will repost the record, and report any problems it found.
