Where should I begin?
Goldenseal handles many parts of running a business. Since running a business
can be complicated, it is easy to get overwelmed by all the choices of where to start!
Here are some hints that may help you to get started:
- Work with the Sample Company file for a while before you set up your own company (it's
included in the demo download, and on the program CD). You don't need to set up anything
to begin using it. And if you make mistakes, it's no big deal!
- The two Getting Started manuals show you how to use each part of Goldenseal (they work with the
Sample Company file). To view or download them, click here.
- If
you are switching from another program, here are links that explain
how Goldenseal is different-- Quickbooks, BidMagic, MacNail.
- Here
are "quick start" instructions to help you start with different parts of Goldenseal--
