Macintosh Folders are All Empty

Problem

nothing but empty folders showing while using MacNail construction management software

Diagnosis

Check System version (About this Macintosh under the Apple menu)

Solution

they must have an extremely old Macintosh System with MFS instead of HFS. Have them update to a newer system.
