Labor Costs

We figure about 40 square feet per unskilled hour for an "average" brushy site, plus 1 skilled hour per 800 square feet for supervision.

This unit cost item might include cutting, gathering and bundling or burning brushy vegetation, grubbing out or cutting small trees, some trash removal, and mowing. The cost is based on hand labor on a fairly small area.(less than 2000 sq feet)

Add 50% if the site is infested with alligators, moonshiners or killer bees.

This price is probably most applicable for landscaping projects or building additions in suburban areas. For large sites or with more equipment you could probably reduce the labor cost significantly.
