Suggested Quantity

Goldenseal calculates foundation hole volume, based on the area and depth. You can adjust the quantity if a different amount of excavation is required (for example, on sloping ground).

Source of Construction Pricing

This is a "rule of thumb" price based on observed equipment times from a few projects. The price can vary quite a bit depending on soil type, ease of access, season, amount of leveling required and other project details. You can replace this estimate with a firm subcontractor quote when you receive one.
