Starting with Goldenseal small business software version 4.7, integer (whole number) values can use different colors for positive, negative and zero values.

How to Use

To set the color display for any number field (including money, decimal values or integers), follow these steps:

1. Choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, and choose Transactions from the submenu.
2. Use the popup fields at upper left to locate the layout you'd like to change.
3. Click on the number field you'd like to change.
4. Choose Number Format from the Format menu.
5. Turn on the Color checkbox, and choose the colors for positive, zero and negative values.
6. Click OK.
7. Close the layout and save changes.

NOTE-- You can also set color formatting for accounts, printed forms, reports, or any other layouts.
