Starting with Goldenseal small business software version 4.7, it's easier to create new records 'on the fly', when you are working in a clairvoyant field that shows that class of record. That means you can create a new list item or account, without breaking the flow of your data entry.

How to Use

To add a new item from a clairvoyant field, follow these steps:

1. Click on the popup button to the right of the clairvoyant field (it has a triangle).
2. Hold down the mouse, and move to the bottom of the pop-up menu.
3. You'll see a 'Create xxxx' line, show the type of record to create. Choose it and lift up the mouse button.
4. Goldenseal will show a dialog window, where you can enter details for the new record.
5. Click OK.
