Non-Business Items in P&L Reports

Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.6, you have the option to exclude non-business expenses from the Profit and Loss report.

How to Use

To control whether non-business items are included in the P&L reports, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Preferences from the Options menu, and choose Expenses from the submenu.
  2. Set the Include Non-Business Items checkbox to determine whether they'll be included in the P&L report.
  3. Click OK.

If you exclude non-business items, then expenses won't show in the P&L reports if their Non-Business checkbox is turned on.
