Subcontractor License Expiration

Feature

Goldenseal construction management software version 3.7 adds a third type of tracking for subcontractors. Along with a warning for expired liability insurance and expired worker's comp insurance, you can also add a warning for an expired contractor's license.

NOTE-- You can also use this third item to track any other requirement for subcontractors. For example, in some states you may need to track the expiration of disability insurance for your subs.

We have also added some enhancements to the insurance tracking window in Subcontractor accounts
