Job Cost Posting
Using Goldenseal job costing software version 3.1 or earlier, user was not seeing items in the Project Job Costing reports. The entered project expenses had Job Cost Only status. The project did not have them in its list of job cost transactions.

In version 3.14 of Goldenseal job cost accounting software, we have changed the posting for changes in expense transactions, so it will add the items to the project's job cost list if they are not already there.
The Clean Up Record command will also fix this problem.
We still haven't figured out why the items were not added to the list of job cost transactions (or why they may have been deleted). It's likely it was caused by a problem in some previous version that has already been fixed.
