Clean Up Record Command

Version 3.14 of Goldenseal accounting software adds a Clean Up Record command. It reposts some items in the record, so you can fix any problems caused by posting errors in past transactions.

How to Use

To clean up a single record, choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Record from the submenu.

To clean up all found records, choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Records from the submenu.

Technical Details

Right now this command reposts the following items:

• Job Costing links in Customer, Equpment, Investment, Project and Real Estate accounts.
• Current Balance amounts in Material Supplier, Other Cost and Subcontractor accounts.
• Dependent-Item lists in Cost Items and Assemblies.

In future versions of Goldenseal construction accounting software, we will be adding more re-postings and bug fixes in these commands.
