Past Years W-2 Forms

How do I print W-2 forms for the current year? For more than a year ago?

Goldenseal payroll software automatically prints W-2 forms based on wages for the previous year. For example, any time during 2012, it will print W2s for 2011.

If you want to base it on wages for the current year (or for more than one year ago), follow these steps:

1. Temporarily reset your system clock so the date is in the year after the year you want to include in the W2 forms. Click here for clock resetting instructions on Macintosh or Windows.
2. Print W-2 forms as usual.
3. Reset the system clock back to the current date.
