Macintosh Date and Time

How do I change the date or time on my Macintosh?

Goldenseal accounting software and estimating software use the date and time that is set in your System. On rare occasions, you may need to reset the system clock.

Setting Date and Time- Macintosh OS X

To reset the date or time, follow these steps:

  1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu (upper left corner of your screen).
  2. Click on Date & Time.
  3. Enter the new date and time.
  4. Close the window.

To reset the date or time, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Apple menu at the upper left corner of the screen, and choose Control Panels. Choose Date & Time from the submenu.
  2. Enter the new date and time.
  3. Close the window.
