Goldenseal is construction schedule software for builders, contractors, remodelers and subcontractors. It gives you a simple 'time line' schedule in each project estimate, showing the calculated start date for each line item. Because Goldenseal knows how long it takes to do each construction task, the schedule can give you a realistic picture of project timing as soon as you've entered specs and measurements for the project. You can also enter delays and make any adjustments to the construction schedule. In that case Goldenseal automatically adjusts the start date for all items that happen later in the project schedule. You can use a Goldenseal schedule as is for a rough estimate of scheduled times, or you can export it to a "critical path" or Gantt chart scheduling program so you can see a "bar chart" view of the schedule. Goldenseal is integrated software which also handles construction estimates, material purchase lists, job costing and project management.
