Here's more information about how you can host one of our hands-on training classes for Goldenseal construction estimating software and accounting software: Site Requirements We will hold a hands-on class in your home or office, as long as you can provide the following:
Class Details We'll hold the class from 9 AM to 4 PM, with an hour break for lunch. Our trainer will arrive about 8:30 AM to set up. Class Dates Our travel plans are usually constrained by airline flight dates and other events, so advance planning is critical. We'll need a minimum of 2 months in which to plan and publicize classes. Because of the limited amount of time in which we can travel, it may take much longer than that before we can get to your area. We will negotiate a specific class date with you, after you contact us. Other Attendees We can handle up to six people at each hands-on class. If there are fewer people attending from your company, we'll open the class to other users who are nearby. In that case, we will publicize the class to them, and mention your town, but not your specific address (except to those who actually register for the class). NOTE-- We figure it's a hassle to host a class with other people there in your home or office, but you also will avoid driving to a class that may be hours away! However, if you want to have an exclusive class with no other attendees, we may be able to arrange that (at an additional cost). Please contact us for details. Class Cost The price for each training class is the same, whether you are hosting, or attending a class at someone else's office. Check our main software training classes page for current pricing. You'll need to pay for your attendance at the class, upon reservation of class details. NOTE-- If you are in a region with a limited chance of other attendees, we may be able to offer on-site training for an additional charge. Please contact us-- pricing and available dates will depend on our other travel plans. Location Changes Usually, we'll use "first come first served" for hands-on class locations. However, we reserve the right to change the class to a different site, if that works better for the majority of attendees. If more than six people sign up in your area, we may convert the class to a lecture format (usually at a hotel meeting room). Cancellations In an emergency, you may cancel the hands-on class up to 7 days in advance of the class start time, with a 90% refund. After that, there is no refund for cancellations. If we need to cancel a class, we'll give you your choice of a "rain check" or a full refund.
