Printing Partial Pages |
Problem "only prints partial columns!" in
MacNail construction
management software. Diagnosis Usually this is a Page Break problem. If you select an area and choose Set Page Break, XL will put page breaks around the area, also if you do Set Print Area. Page Breaks are identified by dashed lines across/down the worksheet (may be hard to see through cell formatting). Solution Couple of possibilities: Use Print Preview to check progress, it's faster than actually printing out the page each time. NOTE-- Newer versions of Excel use the same print area/page break system, but with slightly different locations for menu commands. It can be confusing for Excel newbies. Note that our newer Goldenseal business software program has multiple printing options that are much better for printing business forms. Comments Entered 12/28/92 by Vinay. Updated 11/24/2010. |
