Printing Blank Pages

Problem

not printing anything at all, printing blank page. Only printing part of worksheet.
How to set the Print Area. Print a range of cells. Using Page Setup in MacNail business management software.

Diagnosis

Have them check Print Preview.
If that shows the same as what's being printed, it's a Print Area problem.
If Print Preview shows the correct stuff but it's not printing right, it's probably a printer problem.

Solution

PRINT AREA WRONG: To fix--
1. Drag the mouse through all the cells that should be printed.
2. Choose Set Print Area from the Options menu. (see note below for xl5+)
OTHER PRINTER PROBLEMS:
Check for color printing (TA #408)
Quit, restart computer, turn printer off/on, and try again
Replace printer driver?
