Diagnosis
• fixed bug that was producing 'did not encounter return or halt'-- moved add.cat back
to original place (broken in 8/25/94 revision)

added =DELETE.NAME( "extract") so no macro errors if they've used Set Extract command. Solution
1/12/96 revision: moved update.comps back to fix error #553
also moved line of code so it will actually update items changed
on the comparisons file also. This was a problem in Macintosh
estimating software version only-- Windows version was
fixed right the first time.
