Source of Construction Pricing

We used job cost figures from a couple of jobs that required a percolation test. The time includes digging and cleaning the test pit, lugging water, waiting for the inspector and backfilling the hole after the inspection.

The time for this item may vary, depending on the perk testing procedure that is required in your area.

HINT-- You might want to add more time if there is nothing else productive to do while you wait for the inspector.
