This unit price covers warranty programs that you offer to the customer to cover future repairs.

Labor Costs

This unit cost includes about two hours of supervisor time to cover paperwork handling.

Material Costs

This unit cost is set up to calculate the warranty cost as a percentage of the contract amount. It is set to 1% of the project cost (type in a different quantity if you pay a different percentage).

Goldenseal uses a material modifier for this item. It will multiply the entered percentage by the approximate project cost from the Estimating Dimensions.
