Problem

We introduced a new bug in the Goldenseal 4.8 update, affecting most Macintosh users. When reports have too many items to show on the screen, it is not possible to scroll through them.

Caught By

User bug reports.

Workaround

Click the Save as Text button, save the report, then view it in Excel or Open Office.

Solution

Fixed in the version 4.9 update for Goldenseal small business software.
