Problem

Entering a lease/tenant into a Rental Transaction fills in the rent amount, but changing the Payment Method erases it.

Caught By

User bug report.

Workaround

Re-enter the amount, or enter the payment method before entering the lease.

Solution

This problem is fixed in version 4.9 of Goldenseal rental management software.
