PROBLEM

When you use Rental Billing under Bank--Billing--Rentals, it only creates transactions for the first selected tenant.

This problem only occurs in version 4.4 of Goldenseal rental management software (it was a new bug introduced in that version).

Caught By

User bug report.

Workaround

If using Goldenseal rental management software version 4.4, you'll need to use the Billing command separately for each tenant.

Solution

This problem is fixed in Goldenseal property management software, version 4.5 and later.
