Starting with Goldenseal estimating software version 4.5, you'll be able to choose whether to update prices, when you create a new estimate via the Duplicate Record command.

How to Use

When you are asked whether to update prices, click No if you want to stick with the pricing that was in the original estimate. Click Yes if you want to use current pricing.

NOTE-- We also fixed a small bug in duplicated estimates, that happened only when the option to copy Bids and Allowances was turned off. In that case, the total price would not update to the new pricing, until a change was entered.
