Starting with version 4.4 of Goldenseal accounting software, when you enter an expense payment from a Cash, Checking or Credit Card account, Goldenseal will only show you active accounts.

How to Use

When you pay immediately for an expense, enter Cash, Checking, Credit Card or Checking Debit into the Payment Method popup field, and enter a bank account into the Details field. Goldenseal will only show active accounts.

NOTE-- If for some reason you want to see inactive accounts as well, hold down a modifier key when you click on the Details clairvoyant field. In that case, it will show all accounts.
