Viewing Void Sales

Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.1, the View Sales button in Customer accounts will also show void Sales.

How to Use

Click the button, and Goldenseal will show all sales, including ones that have Void status.

NOTE-- Customer accounts will not have a references to Void sales that were entered in Goldenseal 4.0 or earlier. If you want to add those sales to the list of items shown by the View Sales buttons, follow these steps:

1. Choose Customers from the Accounts menu.
2. Locate the customer you want to update.
3. Choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Record from the submenu.
4. Goldenseal will check all sales, and link any void sales to the Customer account.
