Starting with version 4.01, you can decide whether the Reconcile command should show Void records or not.

How to Use

To set this preference item, choose Preferences from the Options menu, and choose Expenses from the submenu. Turn on the Include Void Items in Reconcile checkbox if you'd like to see void checks, when you use the Reconcile command. Turn it off if you don't.

NOTE-- We didn't update the layouts in the Windows version, so this field is not yet visible in the stock laout. You'll need to wait until version 4.1 for this feature, or else use the Custom Layouts command to add the checkbox in the Expense Preferences window.
