Chargeback Job Address

Starting with Goldenseal project management software version 3.6, the Chargeback debit and credit printed forms show the project address.

How to Use

If you haven't changed the Chargeback printed forms, this feature will work automatically after you upgrade.

If you have changed the Chargeback forms but want to get the new fields, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, and choose Printed Forms from the submenu.
  2. Enter Chargebacks into the Transaction popup field at upper left.
  3. Click on the Field Tool (4th row left in the tool palette on the left side of the window).
  4. Click in the layout, and drag a rectangle at the place you'd like the field to be printed.
  5. You'll see a list of fields. Choose Job Address, then click OK.
  6. You can also repeat steps 4 and 5, and add any of the following fields-- Job Billing Address, Job Full Name, Job Phone, Job Fax, Job Email etc.
  7. When you have the form the way you'd like, close the window. Click Save when you are asked to save changes.

Technical Details

All printed forms can now show the business name, address, phone, fax and other details for any accounts involved in the transaction. If we hear about other forms that would be improved by more information, we'll also add more details there.
