Flickering in Help Text

Problem

In Goldenseal small business software version 3.0 and earlier, there is ugly flickering in the help text while the mouse is in the browser control.

Solution

Goldenseal small business software version 3.01ends the flickering in help text.

Technical Details

We give different messages for different parts of the browser control, so it was checking location constantly. Now it only redraws the help text when it moves to a different part of the browser.
