Screen is Frozen (Windows)

The screen is frozen! I can't go anywhere!

This problem can happen if you have docked some of the windows in Goldenseal small business software, and get an alert message (usually when you are closing a window). In some cases Goldenseal does not show a visible message, so the screen seems frozen

Hold down the Alt key to see the message and continue with life.

We have fixed this in Goldenseal business software 2.94 and later versions.
