Windows XP and Older, Macintosh OS 9 Older versions of Windows and Macintosh do not have built-in capacity to print PDF (Personal Document Format) documents. However, there are free utility programs available that allow you to print to PDF. Try a Google search on "PDF printer", or contact our support line for help. Once you have installed a PDF printer, follow the steps above. HINT-- Use the Custom Layouts command to change the appearance of any business forms that you print or email.
