| How many passwords should I create? It's usually best to create a different Password for each employee using the Goldenseal estimating software and accounting software. That way you can set the exact access that each employee has to your company records. You'll also be able to change their access easily, without affecting the access for other employees. HINT-- You'll probably need to stress to your employees how important it is to not share their password with others.
