Entering Today's Date |
Is there a quick way to enter today's date into a date field? Sure. To enter the current date into any text field or date field, hold down the command key (Macintosh) or control key (Windows), and press the hyphen key (it's to the right of the zero key). HINT-- This handy feature works in all versions of Goldenseal estimating software and accounting software. It's also commonly used in other software programs such as Microsoft Excel.
