Lead Tracking Software

Goldenseal is lead tracking software that manages customer and prospect lists.

When you get a new lead, just follow these steps:

1. Choose Prospects from the Income menu.
2. Click the New button.
3. Type in name, address, phone numbers and other contact info.

You can also import lists from any source that provides leads in computer readable form.

To print mailing labels or envelopes, choose Print Forms from the File menu. You can also set up form letters and other mailing materials for your marketing efforts.

To enter a phone call or other contact, follow these steps:

1. Choose Contact Log from the Income menu.
2. Click the New button.
3. Type in details for the phone call.

When a lead is ready to buy from you, click Convert to Customer to create a customer account for them.
