Class No-Cancel Policy |

Many of our classes have a "no cancel" policy, so you can safely make reservations to fly to the class, and be sure it will not be cancelled. Here are the details How does it Work? We will hold any "no cancel" classes no matter what the turnout, as long as at least one person has reserved and paid for the class at least 7 days before the start of the class. To see whether a class is covered by the "no cancel" policy, check the detailed description for the class location (links to each class are available on our training class information page). NOTE-- Very rarely, we may still need to cancel or reschedule a class, if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to hold the class at the scheduled date and location. We will make every effort to make other suitable arrangements, but if that does not work, we will offer attendees a full refund, and a free class at another date or location. When do I need to Sign up? To be sure of a spot, sign up and pay for the class at least 7 days before the start of the class. WARNING-- If you are not able to reserve at least 7 days before the class start, be sure to contact us about the class status before booking any travel. What if I need to cancel a class?
