Items are Not Flagged

Problem

Move prices command does NOT flag items as described in MacNail Customizing manual (page 96).

Diagnosis

They moved prices from Material Prices to Price Master. Items are not flagged in the Flag column, as manual states.

Solution

The manual is wrong. Items are marked with a recent date in the 'last updated' column instead. MacNail will use those dates when updating unit costs in MacNail construction estimating software.

If they want to move just recent prices elsewhere, they can do it without need for flags-- the 2nd dialog in the Move Prices command allows them to move prices updated after a certain date.
