Accounting Reports

The MacNail construction accounting software lets you make a Report from any Ledger or Logbook. A report will include all items within a chosen date range, broken down by employee, supplier or project.

NOTE-- In 2000, MacNail was replaced by Goldenseal construction accounting software. Goldenseal is an integrated program that includes general accounting, job costing, payroll and project billing, plus estimating and other features. Goldenseal also includes a wide range of accounting reports.

A Financial Report will show your income and outgo for any desired period, broken down by project. It can be used for cash flow planning, and for making Profit & Loss and other financial statements.Report, Financial

A Labor Report is the first step in the MacNail Payroll system (see page 113). It will tell you your employees' hours for the previous pay period, or for some other date range.Report, Labor
