Table Re-arrange

I am not able to re-arrange breakdown table rows (Windows only)!

When you hold down the control key in Goldenseal accounting software for Windows, it shows you a 'hand' but doesn't move table rows.

It looks like we broke this in Goldenseal 2.8, probably when we added control-drag to the Macintosh version. Why on earth can't both platforms use the same modifier keys?!

We've fixed this bug in Windows version 2.94 and later versions.
