tiny negative numbers in P&L column xxE-14
weird numbers after profit & loss posting in MacNail construction
accounting software, xl4
Diagnosis
baffling problem that 3 users have now reported. In P&L column shows tiny number in exponential
notation, xxE-14
Solution
replace cost
control manager?
replace excel?
check to see if they have XL4.0a?
Are they using a math accelerator or coprocessor?
have them send us the files (P&L files, file they're getting it from, cc manager) so we can try it here???
ask them to let us know what works, right now we are baffled ourselves about this one. Appears to be another
xl screwup.
