Arizona has state income tax withholding that is a percentage of the federal tax. Employees can choose among several different percentages on their A-4 Form.

Percentage rates changed in 2010 (there have been 4 percentage changes in the past 20 years). The Arizona withholding tables also changed, as they do every year, since they are based on the federal rates.

HINT-- We provides free updates for Arizona and federal payroll tax tables in our payroll software. To download the latest version, click here.
