Goldenseal costs $295 for the estimating-only version, which includes estimating, schedules, contract writing, project management and general business management. The full version of Goldenseal includes the features listed above, plus general accounting, job costs, billing, check writing and payroll. It costs $595 for one user, $895 for the two-user version, $1195 for five users, $1595 for ten users, and $2195 for twenty users. Shipping OptionsUS Orders: Free shipping by USPS Priority Mail (takes 1 to 3 days, not guaranteed). For faster delivery, choose 2nd Day UPS $25, or Next Day UPS $45. UPS provides online package tracking and guaranteed delivery in one or two business days for most destinations (Saturday delivery is an extra $25). Call for other shipping options. Canada Orders: International Priority Mail $10 (takes 2 to 15 days depending on Customs). UPS Expedited takes 2-4 days with normal Customs clearance, costs $35 to $70 depending on location. UPS Express takes 1-2 days, costs $45 to $85. Call for other shipping options. You will pay any required GST and Customs duties when you receive the software. Overseas Orders: International Priority Mail $10 (takes 4 to 20 days depending on Customs). Express Mail, UPS and Fed Ex available at cost (typically $60 to $130 US, depending on location and speed). Sorry, we no longer accept COD orders. Demo VersionThe demo version of Goldenseal is the full program with only one limitation- you can only enter a maximum of 50 records in each type of transaction or account. To download demos and manuals for free, click here. We will mail you a Goldenseal demo on CD for $5 (includes manuals on CD in Adobe Acrobat format). If you prefer to use a printed manual, you can get a demo CD with the Getting Started with Goldenseal Estimating manual for $25, or with both Estimating and Accounting manuals for $45. The cost of the demo is deductible from any purchase. If you return the printed manuals in resaleable condition, we will refund their cost (minus a $5 mailing charge).
Return PolicyWe offer a 30-day return policy on the Goldenseal software. To issue a credit, we must receive the software and manuals within 30 days of your order date. There is a 10% restocking charge. All returns must be in clean, resaleable condition.
