Ordering Goldenseal Software
Goldenseal costs $395 for the basic estimating software, which includes estimating, schedules, contract writing, project management and general business management.
The full version of Goldenseal accounting software includes all the features listed above, plus general accounting, job costs, billing, check writing and payroll. It costs $695 for one user, $995 for the two-user version, $1295 for five users, $1795 for ten users, and $2495 for twenty users.
NOTE-- Goldenseal software is available for Macintosh and Windows. Files are binary compatible, and you can use our software on any combination of Mac and Windows computers (add $50 for the second platform).
For all Goldenseal orders, we send a CD and printed manual(s). We also email you a password, so you can download the software the same day we process the order.
NOTE-- Get your order to us by 2 PM Eastern time M-F, and we can usually send it out the same day!
US Orders: free shipping by USPS Priority Mail (takes 1 to 3 days, not guaranteed). For faster delivery, choose 2nd Day UPS $35, or Next Day UPS $85 (slightly higher to AK and HI). UPS provides online package tracking and guaranteed delivery in one or two business days for most destinations (Saturday delivery is an extra $25). Call for other shipping options.
Canada Orders: International Priority Mail $15 (takes 5 to 15 days depending on Customs). UPS Express available at cost. It usually takes 1-4 days with normal Customs clearance and costs $80 to $120+ depending on location. Contact us for other shipping options. You will pay any required GST and Customs duties when you receive the software.
Overseas Orders: International Priority Mail $20 (takes 4 to 20 days depending on Customs). Express Mail, UPS and Fed Ex available at cost (typically $80 to $200 US, depending on location and speed). Contact us for specific shipping options. You will pay any required VAT and Customs duties when you receive the software.
NOTE-- On international orders, we only ship to the credit card billing address.

The demo version of Goldenseal is the full program with only one limitation- you can only enter a maximum of 50 records in each type of transaction or account.

We offer a 30-day return policy on the Goldenseal software. To issue a credit, we must receive the software and manuals within 30 days of your order date. There is a 10% restocking charge. All returns must be in clean, resaleable condition.
