Ordering Goldenseal Software
Goldenseal costs $395 for the basic estimating software, which includes estimating, schedules, contract writing, project management and general business management.
The full version of Goldenseal accounting software includes all the features listed above, plus general accounting, job costs, billing, check writing and payroll. It costs $695 for one user, $995 for the two-user version, $1295 for five users, $1795 for ten users, and $2495 for twenty users.
NOTE-- Goldenseal software is available for Macintosh and Windows. Files are binary compatible, and you can use our software on any combination of Mac and Windows computers (add $50 for the second platform).
All Goldenseal orders can be downloaded from our shopping cart, once your purchase is completed. The download account lasts for 1 year, so you can also download updates, as they are released. Update access can be renewed for $60 per year.
US Orders: We will mail you printed manual(s) for free by USPS Priority Mail (takes 1 to 3 days, not guaranteed). We will also include a CD if you request it. Contact us for other shipping options.
Canada Orders: You can order printed manuals separately. The manuals are free, but shipping by Priority Mail costs $25 (usually takes about a week, depending on Customs). You will pay any required GST/PST and Customs duties when you receive the manuals. We will also include a CD if you request it. Contact us for other shipping options.
International Orders: You can order printed manuals separately. The manuals are free, but shipping by Priority Mail costs $35 (takes 7 to 20+ days depending on Customs). You will pay any required GST/VAT taxes and Customs duties when you receive the manuals. We will also include a CD if you request it. Contact us for other shipping options.

We offer a 30-day return policy on the Goldenseal software. To issue a credit, we must receive the software and manuals within 30 days of your order date. There is a 10% restocking charge. All returns must be in clean, resaleable condition.
