Subcontracted

Choose *Subcontracted to use subcontractor pricing for items on the Specifications list in the MacNail construction estimating software. All labor and material costs will be listed in the Subcontractor column. The formulas for all selected rows will be changed.

To change several items at one time: drag the mouse through several rows, and all will be converted.

Use this command for items that are subcontracted, when the subcontractor provides materials as a part of the price.

Command key shortcut: Option-Command-S.
