Choosing Headers

To include one or more header files near the beginning of the contract, turn on Include Headers, then select each file you want to include in the contract.

WARNING: If the Include Headers checkbox is turned off, no headers will be included, even if you select files from the list.

To select a file to include as a header, click on it. To select additional files, hold down the Command key, then click on each additional file you'd like to include.

HINT: You can also hold down the Shift key to select a whole block of files from the MacNail construction management software.

Choosing Footers

To include one or more footer files near the end of the contract, turn on Include Footers, then select each file you want to include in the contract.

WARNING: If the Include Footers checkbox is turned off, no footers will be included, even if you select files from the list.

To select a file to include as a footer, click on it. To select additional files, hold down the Command key (marked with a or symbol), then click on each additional file you'd like to include.

HINT: You can also hold down the Shift key to select a whole block of files from the MacNail project management software.
