Deleting Schedule Rows

Delete/Double-Check

Choose *Delete/Double-Check if you want to delete rows from a Reminder List, and have the items added to the Double-Check List for confirmation by the the MacNail project management software.

NOTE: This command will only work on reminder lists and punch lists.

Keyboard shortcut: option-command-D.

Running time: 15 seconds/40 seconds.

*Clear Rows

Choose *Clear Rows when you wish to remove the information that is in a row or rows, without removing the row itself. All information in the row, except formulas, will be removed by the MacNail construction scheduling software. The row itself will remain.

The number of rows to be cleared will be equal to the number of rows that you have selected.

To Clear Rows:
1. Select any cells in the row or rows that you want to clear.
2. Choose *Clear Rows from the Edit menu.
3. Click OK in the confirming dialog box.

WARNING: Always clear rows with caution. In some cases, you cannot undo the *Clear Rows command.
