Saving & Printing Schedules

*Save All

Choose *Save All to save all open documents in the MacNail construction scheduling software.

WARNING: Use this command only if you are sure you want to save all changes that have been made to all open documents. If there are files you'd rather have remain in their original state, make sure that you close them before choosing *Save All.

It may take several minutes to save all documents, depending on their number and size, and the speed of your computer.

If you put a check beside Beep when finished under *MacNail Options, the computer will beep when finished with this command (see page 95).

Running time: varies-- can take several minutes.

*Print Selection

Choose *Print Selection to print the cells that are currently selected (darkened).

Before you choose this menu command, select the area of the worksheet you wish to print from the MacNail project management software.

Keyboard shortcut: option-command-P.

Running time: 15 seconds.
