New Schedules

File Menu

Excel's File menu includes commands that let you work with files. Use Page Setup to prepare for printing, and Printing to print. Use Save to permanently save worksheet changes, and use Quit to leave Excel (and the MacNail project management software).
MacNail Scheduling adds seven new commands to the File menu to help you to work with scheduling files.

NOTE: Some of the File menu commands may not be visible on a small screen. Drag the mouse down to the very bottom of the menu to see the remaining commands.

*New Schedule

Choose *New Schedule to create a new MacNail schedule in the MacNail construction scheduling software.

NOTE: This command is different from New, which will create a new, blank Excel document.
You will be shown a dialog box listing the possible sources from which the schedule can be made.

Click on the Estimate button to create a MacNail schedule from an estimate that you completed previously in MacNail Estimating.
