Adding Schedule Reminders

To update Job Reminder Lists using the "canned" reminders for each schedule item, choose *Get Schedule Reminders from the Data menu. Any items that that are scheduled to occur within the pre-set lead time will be added to the reminder list (see page 92).

NOTE: Reminders for each construction item are stored in the Reminder Master. See page 126 for instructions on its usage in the MacNail project management software.
